Structural wood fiber decks have been in use for 75+ yeARS. aLL THE DECKS WERE CONSIDERED CEMENTIOUS WOOD FIBER DECKS AND ALL BUT ONE USED PORTLAND CEMENT AS THE BINDER FOR THE WOOD FIBER WHICH IN MOST CASES WAS PINE SHARDS. knowing your deck is key to prevent catastrophic failure.
